These people can't even answer the phone at this location. Seriously!? Its all automated and it connects to Customer Service instead of the actual branch employees. What if i want to open an account here and i had questions and needed to talk to A PERSON instead of a machine!!??? You know what, maybe i'll take my money elsewhere to open my accounts. Thanks for nothing Chase Bank.

Hit or miss at this location.  Just went today for a few notary signatures and the canadian worker said he couldnt do it because its past the amount of pages that chase allows them to sign.  Most likey he just didnt want to do it.  I left and went to the location on 96 and they were glad to help me.  

Shame because I met with a lady for a wire transfer at this location before and everythimg went well.

Mind you, my first visit was today to open an account. The gentleman that helped us was very polite and explained everything to us. He assured us he would follow up on our account and so forth. 5 star rating for this visit.

It's usually a long wait if you need anything other than to deposit or withdraw cash. One time while waiting a guy needed to make a payment on his mortgage. The teller said she couldn't process it for some unknown reason. He got angry and shouted for the manager. Manager took his check and processed it straight away. I guess that's how things get done at this location. I ended up walking out after waiting 20 minutes just to update my savings account. Maybe I should have shouted for the manager. The Chase on Bay Area is so much better than this location.
