Went to branch to talk about my mortgage with a banker. I was told “we can get the mortgage department on the phone.” Also, I was told there are no mortgage bankers in any Wells Fargo branch. This institution is a joke. Taking my business elsewhere.

Only had the opportunity to do business with them a couple of times. Very pleasant.

Manager was rude, teller falsely claimed that I called her an inappropriate name. Manager refused to review video, was bellicose and threatening. Highly unprofessional.
