The manager, Connor Augustson, and his teller stole money from their customers! This has happened a few times, each time the manager refused to show his counting details, nor my checks (they even change the $ from the checks I deposit). Today, I brought $550 cash and 2 checks, none of them matched my number, $5 short. I just asked them what number was not matching. They refused to tell me anything. The manager even came out off his cage, told me to leave, and called police. When the cop came, he tried to pay me $5 for the bank, then he did find the bank made mistakes. Then this manager closed my accounts without my signature for the close forms! How can they treat their customer so rude who have been banking with chase for 16 years,with 6 active accounts.  Very disappointed with Chase!

Not elderly person friendly! If your elderly be sure you go to the restroom before you go to this bank. They will not let you use there restroom no matter how much you ask. Customer service is definitely not one of their priorities.

Any time I call them I get the message saying that the tellers are busy helping other customers, no option to leave a message or a callback number.

I've called the branch three times this morning and get a message, all reps are too busy to answer the phone and to call back and then hung up. All I want to do is cancel an appointment
