It was my first time at this location and I loved the customer service there. Everyone was very nice and attentive to my needs. No haste. All the employees were kind and considerate to my disabled fathers needs not being able to walk good or able to hold his self up! Plus there store is very clean. I’m now going to open an account here

I worked with Paulie and he was so helpful and friendly. The closest branch to me is the Broadway Branch, but I take the time to go to the South Federal Branch because they are ALWAYS able to help. Way to go. Keep up the great work!

Banks are a scam!  Join the future of credit unions and crypto currencies.  I love my credit union!  They are all linked together!  I can use almost any credit unions ATM nationwide! No fees!  Crypto-currencies are open source banking systems.  Now you can be the banker.  US money is backed by NOTHING.

SLOWEST BANK EVER!!!
I’m closing my account because they are so damn slow. I DREAD coming here because there is always a line! 
It’s 1 pm and they have ONE TELLER WORKING. Who has one teller at LUNCHTIME?????

Always 20min wait , I was in the so called commercial lane and they kept skipping ppl like there was no different lane. My company uses usbank and we try to avoid this branch as much as possible. Others are great just this branch has terrible service time.
