This is the worst Bank in USA, they don't treat you good and worst if you are Hispanic and don't have social security Number, they treat you like you are nothing that's haw I feel in that bank, humiliated and discriminate, Bank of America open their doors for me and they are so good, if you are immigrant don't go there, they are Racist, and for sure don't want your money there. Go Bank of America.

Good customer service and friendly service. I've never had an issue with this location. The ATM's are always in working condition and the surrounding area appears to be safe.

Nice people. Normal layout. Not offered a lollipop and coffee was empty. Otherwise, 5 star visit.

Discrimination is prevalent at this location! No one acknowledged me when I walked in. They glared at me and let me sit and wait until closing to tell me that I can't open an additional account, not knowing how much money I was ready to transfer to this bank. Instead they judged me by how I looked, and the banker was very rude: Peter Han. The manager Richard Polastro was very unprofessional and yelled comments from a distance while he had someone in training addressing my issue. They lost out on a pretty big account today because they don't know how to provide excellent customer service, regardless of how someone looks. I'm very disappointed in Chase and taking my business elsewhere. I will be closing my existing accounts also. I absolutely do NOT tolerate any form of discrimination from anyone or any entity.
