Esther is our personal banker. She has always gone above and beyond to help us in anyway she can. The customer service at this location is by far the best we've ever received. And thank you to the Branch Manager Andres for helping us as well.

I've been banking for many years with Wells Fargo, and the customer service at this branch in Davie has gone down, because of the lack of customer service skills,  patients, & leadership, that the branch manager Andres has!!!!!

Great Staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My kids love going to the bank with me for the free lollipops. They put their windows down at the drive through so that they can be seen...lol. Just really refreshing to experience great customer service.

This place is a joke this is the 3 rd time trying to use the teller with "JEAN" the least you can do is have manners. Today was my last time visiting this branch and quietly honestly I might just switch back to chase I drove up to the teller  559 pm there was a car right in front of me who took 6 mins upon driving to the window her welcoming was do you know what time we close ?? I thought it was a a joke so I pretended I didn't hear anything and I said am sorry repeat that again with her heavy accent she loudly repeated herself asking MAAM DO YOU NOT know WHAT time WE CLOSE is at 6pm granted 559  I get it however the least she could have done was say hello welcome all I needed was deposit slips I've had it with the lack of kindness
