The food and the mood here were really great. A solid choice would be the meat and three, the catch of the day was pretty great the day I was there as well. Their drink selection is really nice, I strongly recommend the down by law. It's got just the right kick to get ya going without knocking you out. I don't give it 5 stars only because it left me wanting a more traditional Indian restaurant experience. That said, the drinks, the food and the atmosphere make this a solid date night spot.

We visited this place on 12/22/17. We were very impressed by the ambience and were excited to have dinner with our close friends. We were hosted by Kristen who was awfully short tempered to be a waitress in the well renowned restaurant. She hastily took the orders and left. My friends were served our order who were vegetarians and ours was a non veg order!! The server just switched the side and just left our food at our table after we redirected and he was very confused. To our surprise our starter was not served at all!! I mentioned it to the next server and she stated she will cancel our order. The manager came and apologized and said that it was skipped as it was very busy for them🙄. Our entree was served partially... When Kristen came to pick up our plates I told her how dissatisfied I was with her service. She recommended that I ate cheese cake😡 and apologized. The grand finale with gratuity of 20% forcibly collected... I told the manager that in the future when a customer is dissatisfied they should courteously let the customer pay the gratuity if they want to🤣. I had to unfortunately explain what gratuity means

Amazingly beautiful restaurant with the most attentive and attractive manager! Food was good but fell short of the flavor intensity that comes with Indian stews and the proteins. We had the lamb which was tender and juicy but could not match the flavor profiles of the sauces. The drinks were absolutely amazing as well as the service.

I don't understand the great reviews and all the hype. The food was mediocre. I have had better Indian food for much lower price. I am up for fancy food, and don't mind spending money on it-food is probably the only indulgence I have. I spent here for two people what I would have spent at the cheesecake factory or at the Midtown Cafe..But the food was totally not worth it. Most of the Indian dishes were bland and by bland I am referring to the flavor not the spiciness. I do not equate or define tasty food as something that is spicy. The portion sizes were ridiculous. That being said, I think desserts were alright. Like others said, the ambiance was good-but what good is that when the food-which is supposed to be the highlight of any restaurant-is not up to the mark? This place to me is akin to what people typically pay for when they buy 'branded' sneakers or jeans. It's the brand, not the product that you pay for.

Went with my 5 best girlfriends. They sat us for our reservation right away. Customer service over the phone was fantastic as they helped accommodate a change in our reservation. Food was yummy!!! A touch pricey but we had such a great evening , it was worth it:)
