Great burger spot! Really trendy East Nashville spot usually very busy at lunch time. When it's warm, it has an amazing and cozy patio that seats a lot of people. I have seen more famous country music stars here than any other single place in the 615. The sausages are good too but if you are not familiar with authentic German sausages, you may not like the selections. I personally love the sweet potatoe fries but the regular fries are hard to beat. I have had every burger including the veggie and they are all excellent. Don't forget to add a wonderful shake to your meal, or an amazing throwback in the authentic phosphates. Don't miss this place for lunch when visiting...

We stopped in Monday on our way down to Memphis and had the pharmacy burger and the farmhouse burger and both were so good. Also had the tator tots and German potato salad both were exceptional. Our server wasn't very attentive but since the food was so good we decided to give it a second try on our way back through today. We ordered the exact same thing. Sara took care of us so much better than the first girl and that's what prompted me to give a good review. Not to mention I had lost my purse somewhere during my 7 hour road trip down to Memphis at the beginning of the week and had no idea where I could have left it. I asked them today if they had seen it and sure enough they had it and held it safe for me for 4 days, nothing was missing. So thankful for their honesty!!

The atmosphere was cool. We went on a Saturday night around 7 and it was extremely busy. About an hour wait. The drinks were really good. He only thing I wasn't a big fan of was the fact they don't have appetizers. Our options were tater tots or fries. Which tasted like any other tater tots I've ever had. I ordered the chicken club sand which and my boyfriend orders one of the burgers. My chicken sandwich was super over done and so chewy. The bread was falling apart and my boyfriend bread was as well. He said his burger was okay, nothing special. The food was okay. But I would go back for some drinks and also this strawberry beer with ice cream in it they have which I have never seen anywhere else. It is so good!

This place is known for their burgers and they are good but I love their house made sausages. They have several different types to choose from served with saurkraut, and they have a good German potato salad that you may choose to go along with the meal. They also have a wide selection if beers and house mixed sodas and phosphates. The outdoor seating are is great to sit back and have a few beers with friends when the weather is right. Service is always fast and friendly. Parking can be a challenge at times and there is often a wait.

I had a very good experience at pharmacy burger. I can honestly say the food is awesome. Super fresh and they prepare it fast. I had the pharmacy burger which was delicious. My husband had the farm burger which I loved (wish I would've gotten that one). The fries are homemade. 😀 Its a just a nice atmosphere. We waited 45 min for a table on a Friday but it was worth the wait.
