Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever eaten from. Every time I order from there, items are missing… I ordered and paid extra for a large fry and it’s only a small amount in there.  Please check out the picture and receipt. THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN. In person and delivery. Will not be eating from this location anymore.

No place better to get fast food. Great, truly great, fried chicken sandwiches. Wonderful breakfast options. Delicious grilled chicken. Excellent app. Quick service. Pleasant staff. Well above average experience!Food: 5/5

correct order, kind staff and awesome fries&burger. I’m aware that other people say that they miss sauce all the time, for my experience they are trying hard to correct that.

I went in for dinner at 5pm and ordered my regular meal, but I was missing some sauce when I checked, so I went up and asked for some and the lady started crying and begging for forgiveness and then this man who I think was the manager started coming and took her to this room in the back and I heard this faint scream for a few seconds. Once he came out he smiled and then told me I could get a refund.. food was good but I think I’m traumatized and I still don’t know what happened to that lady.

Never mind the wait, everyone is usually kind.  Some just have a non welcoming smile.  My only issue is whenever I order the Cool Wrap I ask for no lettuce but I get a different response each time.  That they can do it but then they can’t do it at all.  Just sucks really. I have to be that annoying customer.

Line was long but moved quicker than locations in Manhatten. I got a meal and my medium fries were medium and all fries seem accounted for unlike Mr. Hungry foodies review, lol. But overall great experience for my first time. And big thanks to Joshua L. for asking if I needed anything and getting me a cup of water, he's a really awsone dude for that cause he ain't have too.

Missed going to chick-fil-a.  I tried using the app and curbside for the first time.  The food was delicious but the wait is a little long.  Once you order, they make you pull into a spot and enter the number of the spot before they begin making your order.  All the spots are full of idling cars, waiting.  Average wait time is probably 30 min or so.  Completely takes away the benefit of ordering ahead.

Staff here are so well trained for a fast food establishment. They take quick serve experience to another levelFood: 5/5

I ordered a deluxe and nuggets, the taste was so off. It tasted very old and made my stomach hurt.
