It was first time in a five guys restaurant i learned that i had to pay extra for the lettuce and tomato or anything else i wanted on my burger. Me andy wife enjoy our burgers and milkshake and french fries.

I’ve been to this location 3 times & every single time I had a pleasant visit and my food was GOOD. The manager is great & so are the 2 ladies behind the counter

Burgers are delicious plus Cajun fries are the best . Service is great

Kind of gross. Not a friendly staff at all either.  Mayo, ketchup etc all over the OUTSIDE of the bun. Soggy fries, soggy bun and wet spots everywhere. Nasty.

The fries were too salty.  You might as well serve salt.  Very, very bad.  We couldn’t even eat 1/3 of the fries.  Horrible.  Service was ok, but you need to limit the salt served to your customers.  You’re better off just letting the customers add the salt they want.

After walking into the Wayne Five Guys location, there was an employee behind the counter on the phone with a customer. We were waiting for the individual on the phone to complete his/her order, and additionally waiting for the employee to be ready to take ours we had 7 people in our group waiting. 7 minutes later, the employee hands the phone off to another employee, who then returns the phone back to the first worker, saying, "I just hung up", and proceeded to laugh. Then one of our group members asked for his milkshake order. The worker taking our order interrupted him telling us that they aren't making milkshakes anymore, without apologizing to us or anything for holding us up for so long. Avoid this Five Guys location at all costs.

I personally just like five guys, it's better than this other fast food burger joints.

This place is great, don’t listen to the hate comments. They’re just salty customers. Had a nice milkshake and a bacon cheese dog. Best experience ever.

I've been working here since last month and I don't regret my decision working here. This place is by far the greatest burger and fries place I've ever been to. The fries and beef are fresh. Nothing is frozen. We make sure to make everything is clean and tip top shape. No dirt or anything. Fries are cut daily and cooked to perfection. You're never gonna get anything better then that. I recommend this place to all people who is a loyal customer or anyone in general. We care for our customers very much and we will make sure we will do our best to make you happy and smile .
