The food was pretty good and the drinks were ok. The speed of service and hosting was awful. The wait times are pretty lengthy. There's plenty of entertainment for everyone in the family. My kids love the mini tvs at the tables where they can play games and watch shows.

SO DISAPPOINTED!! Feel I was cheated!
I was 6+ miles from home...and wanted a delicious meal to take home.
I looked online and found your Chilis..about 3:45p today. The place was empty.
Bartender appeared ...I ordered a Quesadilla Explosion Salad... (a standby item for years)...To Go.  I paid, tipped and left with my salad.
At home..opened it to find ..a blah lettuce, chicken salad!! and 3 cheese quesadilla triangles.
THAT'S ALL!!!! No corn salsa, no cheese on salad, no corn strips..NADA. There were 2 little cups of dressing.
This place must be going out of business soon.
No more confidence in getting a good meal from Chili's. Any place else will do.

By far our worst experience at any Chili’s we’ve been to. Numerous items were not brought out even after reminding them they were missing. I understand mistakes happen but I have no patience for lack of any drive to correct their mistakes.

Not a good chili's, ribs were dry, burger over cooked, chicken tenders dry also. The server didn't pay much attention to us either. I ended up tipping a different server that did come check on us, thank you for that! I would drive a little further to go to a better chili's.

Food was ok. Wish they would quit changing the menu up. Keep the basics like the chicken sandwich they’ve had on the menu for 20 years is gone even though they still have all the ingredients...
