I came here with my spouse and we were greeted upon entry into the store at the cash register. We took a little while to make a selection since it has been quite a while since we were inside a similar type store. I selected the mango smoothie and my spouse got the berry smoothie without banana. The juice shop was full of people waiting for their drinks. They called our names, we grabbed our drinks and we left the store. We thought the drinks were just okay.  We had experienced a previous shop and had not had any other occasion to return to the juice bar other than to use the gift card we received. Again, unimpressive for the calories consumed here.

Wouldn't honor a coupon from their website. I took a screenshot of their $2.99 almond smoothie, and they said they couldn't make it work. Even though there was a number under the coupon. They should be able to enter that in right? And the manager couldn't or wouldn't give me the discounted price. I think I'm mad because they made me feel cheap to sit there and argue with them about $1.30 off of a drink. And now I still feel cheap for posting a review complaining about a coupon. But you know what, it's about the customer service to me in this case. I normally love Jamba Juice but not this location. #jambafail
