I watched my lemonade get filled up from the sink… the my Gucamole was chunky as all hell. I really want a refund bc this is trash and I will NEVER get food hear as long as they prepping that way. Like 8 dollar leomonade made from the sink.. real cool chipotle.
Always out of many ingredients portions are very small and the biggest issue is inconsistency. Either they take credit or exact change and always tell you at the cash register after you’ve gotten your order. Also interior is not clean overall no good vibe when stepping through the door
Food was good but on the heavy side and too much for me. The service was great. They were very busy and seemed a little short staffed but even they manager was working hard and they kept it moving. The manager was a nice guy and very efficient. Vegetarian options: You can order numerous items without meat. Parking: Huge parking lot in shopping center. Wheelchair accessibility: Double door entry on ground floor. Might be a little difficult if you're alone.
The middle aged African American male is extremely rude. He looks miserable working there and treats customers horribly. If you don't want to be there then leave if you're going to be there then at least be decent to customers. He's aggressive, throws the bag on the counter, doesn't say thank you or you're welcome, and just bad vibes in general. Super disappointed because chipotle is supposed to be higher end than it's parent company McDonald's but it's the same horrible customer service. The interior is also incredibly dirty.
The dude making people's food was like a sloth. Seemed nice but way too slow to be serving people on their lunch breaks. I stood in line for 20 minutes today I was next to be served.. the cash register went down . Good food when the register is working though.. and I would recommend at least trying it out. I ended up going to Qdoba that is in the same complex.
The worst location out of the whole franchise in the area! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION! THEY DON'T READ WHAT YOU WANTI'VE TRIED THIS SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY MAY FORGET TO PUT ALL OF YOUR ORDER IN THE BAG!! Yes the company will give you a free item to replace it but you can't call up there to have them do it so this means that you have to reorder it and go back to retrieve it! Waste of gas, time and energy!
I came here on Wednesday January 4 and got a sofritas bowl with chips/guac. The bowl was not bad, I got lettuce, corn salsa, sour, fajita veggies, brown rice, and cheese. The chips were very stale and guacamole had no flavor. The next morning, I woke up and felt very sick. I started throwing up and for the last two days I had stomach pain and I’m having trouble eating anything. I hope this Chipotle shuts down because they poisoned me and I will never come back here.
So my friend wanted Chick-fil-A I wanted chipotle so I placed my order online as we got her food. I ordered a chicken burrito with a coke. A bottle of coke. So obviously I pick up the order and it's closed and I just feel the bag I can feel a drink and food. Mind you the guy handed me the order because when I got there it wasn't on the pick up stand. I watched him tape my order sticker to the bag! he asked what I was there for then he gave it to me... I got home and there was no coke. Like I get if you're out of it. But he literally handed it to me and had the chance to say hey we don't have it I gave you water is there anything else you want? It was just super annoying because he literally handed me the order. And I paid like $3 more for a coke.
So unfortunately after I placed order online at this place I came to this super disorganized, messed up place. I have bought first and last time for me and friend from this place. I have received smashedchunks of avocados inside instead guac which is onions cilantro and some salt. I have received some oily corn chunks instead chipotle chips which is supposed to be fresh chips with lime juice and salt. My friend's bowl was awful as you can see on the pics.rice is from morning obviously, and meat chunks werent edible size for a human..and both of our bowls were inaccurate and cold. It's huge disappointment for me who recommended to a friend...
Sadly this Chipotle has continued to go downhill at a slow death pace. I do not like giving anyone a 1 review but this Chipotle’s likely the worst one there is. I had gone there a few times in the last two months and noticed a number of concerning things but we decided to give them another shot. After this one, my som said “dad, … you have to do a review on them after this fiasco and warn others so they don’t waste their money here too.” Unfortunately it was a disaster from the start. We walked in and were immediately told that they only had white rice, was out of brown rice and showed us that the white rice was clumpy and wet and said sorry… that’s how it came out and we were told we have to use this . Then they were out of lettuce. Finally got our two burritos and drinks only to see they were out of ice along with every soda out or flat except Fanta Orange and Mr Pibb. Tried to find napkins but someone had just taken two big slabs of the cellophane wrapped napkin sleeves and put them out in the table unopened even though the napkin holders were right there next to them. So my son and I both opened the napkins up and filled the napkin holders. Now before you say “ I’m sure they were well short on help/employees and everywhere is short and people are trying their best… here’s the true picture of that night. 1 my son and I were 2 of 7 people there. Three others sitting only two others in line. 2 there were 9… yes NINE employees and one manager that I saw 3 two employees were at the back showing each other stuff on their phones and laughing. The ‘manager’ was the one who got ice for our cups. We love Chipotle’s food but we will NOT be coming back to this location. I’ll drive out of my way to go to Taylor location or elsewhere.
