This was my first time ever eating there, and I must say I will eat there again, keep up the good work.Food: 5/5

I arrived at 9:15 and they close at 10. The employees were clearly ready to close the restaurant. The floor was just mopped and extremely slippery. I asked for fajita vegetables in my quesadilla and they simply said they don't have any. They made my order to go without asking. In the middle of my meal, they started blaring some vulgar, talentless rap music. I had to listen to that garbage, mixed with the music coming from the overhead speakers for the remainder of my meal. I'm not from the area so I likely wouldn't return anyway, but I figured the rest of the world should know that this place employs trash. I would never hire these people.

The location had half of the indoor lights off so at first I wasn’t sure if they were open. We got our food and it was good, but then I went to use the restroom and had to leave because it was so gross. Trash overflowing, a fly… just not good. Staff was friendly and nice.

This was my 1st time eating at Qdoba. I had a mini bowl that consisted of brown rice, black beans, sauteed vegetables, tomatoes, salsa verde and jalapenos. The food was flavorful and very good. It was a good portion size for the price. The staff was friendly and very efficient. They kept the line moving along. I didn't give 5 stars because something smelled burnt and the restuarant had just opened but some of the tables didn't appear to be wiped clean.

I ordered doordash from them twice today. Both times the food was cold and missing the chips. How do you forget chips with nachos? The Allen park Michigan location is a joke and won't order from them again. I tried calling the store but was left on hold for them to never return. Terrible service. I won't recommend them to anyone

This review used to be a 5 star but I have to make an update.  I used to come here at least once a week as I used to work nearby. Today I made the drive to get my Qdoba fix and I was beyond disappointed. Rice was missing the delicious cilantro lime flavor and was hard instead of soft and fluffy, meat was under seasoned and the staff was not very kind. While I was saying" please" and" thank you", I received quite the opposite in return from the employee on the line who was clearly just there for a paycheck with no regard for customer service. I may have just been in on an off day but it bummed me out how disappointing the experience was. Inevitably I will be back at some point to give it another shot but it may take me a while to give this Qdoba another try after my experience today. Really hoping they can turn things around because I've always been team Qdoba over team Chipotle and I really don't want to go to the dark side.

I love Qdoba, but this location makes it hard. Every time it’s something. Horrible customer service skills, very rude. The phone is always disconnected. This time I was served the nastiest quesadilla ever. It looked played over and you wouldn’t even be able to tell it was a quesadilla. It was slop.

Great tasting food. Wish they had different choices of salsa like mild or medium. I got the Verde', it's pretty good. Sometimes the toppings look dried out..

Worst service and they don't care about online orders like they do people standing in line. I guess because you don't have eyes on them they think they can just do whatever. Not even a quarter of the bag is full of chips. I ordered verde on the side and there was no verde in the bag or on the food. Disgrace. I will never return unless the customer service changes. Off the chipotle.

Placed an online order and they forgot item and got the meals provided wrong. Very dissatisfied to say the least.
