We had a very bad experience. While the staff means well and is good hearted, they don't have much to work with. Our camper was slotted in an area where we could not open up the RV, next to the garbage dumpster, in a cluster of cramped RVs. The park is a mix of monthly out of towner's and local all-year residents with different requirements and needs. Not much space and lots of running, playing kids who need green grass not cement. Crazies were mixed in as well. Big dog owners, lots of activity to aggravate them so keep them under control - plus other resident unfriendly dogs are present. Also encountered weird guy stalking me in the forest while walking my dog at night around 8p so thank God for my Chessie who scarred him off. Not that safe. No cell service. No internet and the one offered is unreliable.

(Exactly) ... Like living in a ponderosa pine forest ... not too bad a place for a mobile home park. The managers were a married couple and were very nice to my wife and I while we lived there for about a year. I thought it was a nice place for good people to stay, whether temporarily or permanently.

Lived here for over 20 years now great place to live or vacation. Nice quiet neighborhood

Nice RV site for a few days, although a bit far out of town. You would have to take a bus/taxi to get there. Polite, helpful owner and WiFi is free.
