Cheryl and Mike were fantastic. A few of the other office staff were over their heads. The new activities director was busy putting on all the Fourth of July events and they were all great. The facilities were a little bit taxed with all the tent campers. Maybe cleaning the bathrooms should be done more regularly. Duddies in the potty were pretty nasty. All in all a great place, fun activities, good staff and yes Vigil there are BIG bears in the woods and in the camp.

Had a great relaxing time here. Kids loved the playground and heated pool. Some spots are pretty tight, but other than that, just a bunch of people trying to have a great time. Had some awesome neighbors and quality family time . Staff was very helpful getting us checked in and staff presence was good, there if you needed them, but not in the way. Camp F was quiet at night and it was very peaceful.

Set among a gorgeous variety of towering pine, this quiet, beautifully kept park is convenient to all that makes South Lake Tahoe a relaxing, rejuvenating destination. The other campers are interesting and fun; the sights and services are convenient; and the staff are delightful. Almost anything you need is close by, and yet the campground is quiet and completely restful. The only problem we had was bandwidth. This is a park with a lot of camp sights and their connectivity is spotty when everyone is connecting.

I love what this campground has to offer for families. Just make sure food is put away before you go to bed. Staff was super helpful.

This was a very long week in a very disappointing RV park. First of all, we made the reservations months in advance and yet we were assigned a spot that was too small for our rig. We had to park cross ways and that meant that we didn't have room for any chairs or anything else outside. The power was not working at all when we got there, even though the box had been worked on the week before we were there (according to the neighboring customer). We paid for a premium site, and couldn't even use the outside area - I asked what made this site worth more money than others, but didn't get an answer. They advertise free internet but it doesn't work and no one on staff cares. The 800 number you are supposed to call closes at 5 p.m.
