They really were fantastic. Within minutes of us submitting an online request for work, Ebony called from the customer service office and set up an appointment. She was very professional and courteous. Our service technician, Will, arrived very promptly. He was very thorough. He displayed an amazing amount of determination in getting our problem solved. He had one of the best work ethics I've ever seen. I'm very happy with the service we received. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

So far not very good. I do not recommend to anyone. Do your research and hire a different company.  After posting first review, CB has since refunded most of my money. Problem is still not fixed and CB is not the company for this job, but I do have most of refund back. Repairing gas line piping is not this company's specialty. Call a gas line piping company that specializes with gas lines.

My 96 year old mother had Christian Brothers Plumbing come in to repair a leaky bathroom lavatory. It is my opinion that she was taken advantage of because of her advanced age. She had both sinks in her bathroom repaired, replacing input valves and lines and traps. The bill for each sink was $675 for a total of $1350. I do believe that she was advised ahead of time of the estimated cost, but she was also sold a radio frequency water descaler unit for an additional $2700, for a total bill of $4100. I was able to have management remove this unit and refund her the $2700, and it was not difficult to do so, but I still feel the $1350 charge for a couple hours of straightforward plumbing work was excessive.

I recently hired Christian Plumbers Plumbing to change out a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. The plumbing technicians were on time, very pleasant and did an excellent job. Although the service was excellent the price I feel was very high. I provided the new faucet and garbage disposal and they added a few drain pipes from sink to drain and a new shut off valve. Price paid was $690 for 2 hrs work. I will in the future not fall for the $30 service call waived if they get the job. The estimate was given after they arrived. In afterthought I should have paid them the $30 and sent them on their way but I needed the work done and they were here so I gave in. I’m sure this could have been done much cheaper.  Live and Learn.

George just came by the house nice and quickly to take care of my heating issue. Christian bros came out yesterday for regular maintenance but forgot to turn the power back on and didn't realize until the next day that the heat wasn't working.  Thanks George coming out at night and giving us our heat back!  Great fast service!
