Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Changed rooms twice before giving up & just dealing with it. 3 rooms we got were so hot- the "ac units" were all on but not cooling the room at all. Basic cable that was mostly static. This place is a joke & total waste of money.

If I could rate it no stars I would. I waited 2 hours for my room, and was then mentioned that the room had no key and they we had to be escorted by someone to get into our room. I was itchy the whole time and the place felt untidy and nasty. I wouldn't recommend this to any woman. Not the best situation to be in. There's a nice Hilton hotel right next door if you need to book anything else.

What a horror show.   Stank terribly, water coming through ceiling at check in desk.  Felt unsafe.   Everything broken.   No hot water.   A pit.

This hotel was horrible. Inside room looks horrible. Elevator was ragged. Desk clerk had me standing for 5-10 minutes while she was talking on the phone. Hotel looks like where you go for quick sex and then leave. Would not recommended this hotel. Had to find a better hotel and pay the extra cost for a descend hotel for the night. Then they had the nerves to take $100.00 dollars off my card without my permission. They will be hearing from at 9:00 o'clock this morning.
