Attended a professional event at the Level 28 recreation area in the AKA. Level 28 has an outdoor terrace, indoor pool, very well appointed gym, golf simulator, business center, and bar / lounge area. Hotel staff were professional and attentive. Didn't get to see the rest of the hotel, but it seemed alright.

This hotel has incredible views. This was my first visit to Philly and I couldn't have asked for a better view both during the day and at night. The decor is beautiful too. The staff were friendly and they made my visit memorable. The floor I stayed on had long term customers and the corridor carpets looked like they needed cleaning, inside the rooms were clean though. If you love golf, they have an indoor golfing setup. You can do full swings while aiming at a screen. The swimming pool is beautiful. Be prepared to walk to get good or at least order in since there is no internal restaurant.

Exceptional service and such a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was so accommodating and gave us an upgrade without any issues! I will definitely be back very soon.

I use them to house people for work. The units are spacious, the location is private but still in a great location. They have amazing customer service and everyone I put there loves their accommodations

Gorgeous suite with breathtaking view of the city. We rented a 1 bedroom suite for a photo shoot here. Unfortunately when we arrived, they lost our reservation. They upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite for the trouble, fabulous customer service. The suite was modern and spacious, yet still comfortable and cozy. Everything was top of the line down to the smallest details, even the coffee maker. Freshly grinds whole beans and brews coffee by the cup to your desired strength. It is a bit on the expensive side, but if you are willing to splurge a bit you will not be disappointed here.
