I went to Clear Lake Dodge with the intention of just looking around and possibly getting myself a new vehicle in the near future. As soon as I stepped foot outside of my car I was quickly greeted by a salesman. He took time to listen to the fact that I was just looking. Well let me tell you one thing that salesman Troy Gibson did one heck of a job. He actually found the perfect vehicle for me that same night. I am beyond happy with my new purchase. It fits me perfect he was polite and really communicated with me. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you so much Troy Gibson.

I came to look at the new Dodge Ram Longhorn for comparison with the Ford King Ranch to replace my old King Ranch. Daniel was very helpful and patient as I asked questions and looked over the models on their lot. He was never pushy and always happy to help as I left and returned over a week or so. Once I decided on the Ram, he worked positively with me to get the truck configuration I wanted from another dealer and to negotiate the price I wanted to pay. I went away with a great feeling about my new truck and the purchase experience

From the moment my husband and I called to the final signature. Our process in buying our 9th car from Jonathon Martinez over exceeded again!!! This morning, December 2, 2017, at 8:30 A.M. I brought my 2016 Ram Lariat to the service center at Clear Lake Dodge. The truck has 23,000 and the backup camera has ceased to function. I made an appointment on-line. I realized, as per, their website, that "work may not begin on (my) vehicle immediately." Further, that my "service advisor" would provide (me) with an estimated COMPLETION date and time. Their website was replete with the glories of their comfortable waiting room and valet parking. It asked what my transportation needs would be once I dropped off my vehicle and I checked that I would "wait in the service department". The experience that I had once I drove the 35 minutes to the dealership was markedly different from anything I could have expected. I was told that I would have to leave my truck for 5-7 days BEFORE it would even be looked at. That is not exactly the same thing as giving the customer an estimated date and time of COMPLETION. I said that I couldn't possibly do without my only vehicle for a week just to have it looked at, let alone worked on. I was scoffed at. The "advisor" told me that "he" had "300 in the shop who are doing so". I asked if he was aware of other dealerships, perhaps beyond the Houston area, who could see my vehicle in a more timely manner? Nope. Loaner car? Nope. Their website needs to state that there is an unprecedented wait in the service department. They need to remove the option of "waiting in the service department" since no such option exists. Unless, I misunderstand and they are actually offering me hospitality for the next week or two? Finally Clear Lake Dodge needs to explain to their customers, on their website, that a visit to their service department means that the customer will be basically throwing the vehicle that they depend upon down a black hole for an undetermined amount of time for an uncertain result. I understand that Hurricane Harvey has made things difficult for all of us, myself included The treatment that I received today at this dealership was dismissive, uncaring and unnecessary. It was certainly not the behavior of an organization that is invested in customer loyalty.

I can not commend or recommend clear lake dodge enough for my experience with them. I came in looking for a good quality used vehicle and was greeted by Jonathan Martinez. He was very nice and knowledgeable of the vehicle i was interested in. It was later in the day on a Saturday so i asked Jonathan if he could set me up with an appointment on the following business day to sit down and crunch some numbers. Behind the seen one of the sales managers named John i believe done everything he could to get me in the vehicle i wanted. Im now driving my new vehicle and will enjoy every second of it! THANKS Clear lake dodge and thank you Jonathan for everything you did for me. Stop in if your in the market for a vehicle and ask for Jonathan Martinez. Great inventory and great honest salesmen.
