I purchased my first Lexus from Mr. Peter Brown on 12/31/17. I must admit that although I had heard about the impeccable customer service, experiencing it was truly awesome!  Mr. Brown was extremely knowledgeable about the ES350 and even spent a great deal of time orienting me to the technology.  I was even offered to come back & meet with the technology specialist. It was a busy day and since I was at the dealership for a few hours, Mr. Brown provided me a hot lunch! Wow!  There was never any pressure and I was able to get the car that I wanted.  This was definitely a ‘red carpet’ experience and made my car-buying experience seamless.  Lexus Of Clear Lake has earned my loyalty as a customer!

Great experience with this dealership. Great customer service front staff was very polite very welcoming. Eddy Romero was super nice very polite and very helpful. He answer all my questions and explain the process very well. I am very happy and satisfied with his service such a great person. Finance person was also very nice and very professional. Thanks for all your help.

Clear Lake Lexus has a great service department. I have not had a bad experience yet. My service advisor, Patrick S., is trustworthy and does a fantastic job at every consultation. As long as I am a Lexus owner I will continue to use this location -  and my awesome service adviser!  Great Customer Service!

Service was excellent as usual.  The new process of getting a loaner was discouraging.  I realize going though a single source may relieve the service reps of some stress but this department is woefully under-manned.  The young lady was constantly busy and it still took 30 minutes to get my loaner.  This process used to take 2-3 minutes when going though the service rep.  The car and paperwork were typically ready for me before I showed up. 

In 17 years of coming to your dealership, this is the first time I have seen such a poor attempt at change that it negatively impacted the customer.  If you are going to continue this new process, I recommend you properly staff the department to keep customer expectations and satisfaction high.  This is Lexus people, not Toyota.

Please fix this immediately and get the customer wait time to LESS THAN or equal to what it was when the service reps were handling this.  I will be in for service soon with one of my other vehicles and hope that will be a 5 star review.

Great experience with Lexus Clear Lake. Jesse Rodriguez is the best service advisor. He kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. He was very patient. He was very detailed with explaining my recommendations but not too pushy. I would definitely work with him again and take my car to Lexus Clear lake. When I arrived...they were able to check me out and bring my vehicle to me quickly. Thanks again!
