Great customer service. I had a mixed up with a service appointment and Chris from Ron Carter Cadillac went above and beyond to help me out even though it had nothing to do with sales. I would recommend Ron Carter Cadillac to everyone. Great people, great service and will definitely buy my next vehicle from them.

My family had a great experience at Ron Carter. Especially with the salesman Greg Falcon. He was very personalable and not pushy or intimidating. He was able to work out a great deal to get my dad into his dream car! Thanks Greg!

I thought Ron Carter was the best! Their known for there best customer service.One thing i can't complain about is my sells person  she is the best! Mrs. AMY I LOVE HER!!!! I took my brand new 2017 Ats coupe to have the steering wheel checked because it was locking while i was driving.  They gave me a rental car because they said it had to be replaced.  Ok fine.... about a week later they call me, "my car is ready." I take their rental back, i parked in the front, nobody gave me papers to sign saying i took the rental back and everything looks good.I leave in my car and about an hour later they call me saying i left their rental car and it had a hit on the rear end!!!!! They didn't check their cameras or nothing.  They filed a claim on my insurance when i told them i didn't do that.To top it off when i left in my car that day,i get off at the store i notice my drivers door has a hit.  When they called me to tell me about the rentals hit i told them about my door having a hit,  they said,"as soon as your insurance claim goes in we can fix your car". Oh claim went in!! My car still has the hit. I will never recommend Ron Carter again!!

I should have read the reviews.  I was emailed and told by Theresa Ivey the program i was approved for zero down payment.  After 18 email replies to make sure plus that they knew i only had 500 for a down payment i decided to go in today.  I was told to ask for Stephen Payne. He sent some other salesman. Needless to say after told 2 times let me go get your folder I left because I was rudely left sitting for close to 10 min and he walked right by me and did not say one word.  I knew going into this my credit was a challenge and that's ok I saved more of a down payment than I expected.  What got me was i told him I had no trade in cause I lost everything in Harvey. I drove in from Baytown lost work I couldn't afford to lose just to be left feeling worthless. This place is not about helping anyone unless your money.
