Brodie was an excellent, laid-back, easy to talk with, no pressure sale. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He checked in via text, phone, and chat feature on Texas Auto’s website and had the car cleaned up, pulled to the front, and ready to go for us when we arrived. Texas Auto gave us what we needed for our trade in, and God blessed us with the simplest transaction to upgrade to a larger vehicle. We are thankful, and I’ve been singing their praises ever since. I would absolutely recommend Texas Auto to anyone, and they far outshined *other* nearby dealerships who gave us a headache and a run around when we were money-in-hand looking for the exact same vehicle there a couple weeks ago. Their loss and our gain! Thanks, Texas Auto!

"No wiggle room on the vehicles here" This is one of the responses I got from one of the managers at this dealership. He was extremely rude over the phone and was almost scoulding me. I don't remember is name otherwise I would type it in. Brodie, Ike, and Tom were great. They treated us very well and I was very happy to work with them on this car deal. They were great. However if I had any more time to look for a vehicle, I would have looked elsewhere after I dealt with that one manager. If I remembered his name, i would rate him a 1 star. Also, why wasn't the glass etching included in the price of the vehicle? It doesn't cost $300 to etch it anyway.

Great Experience. I submitted a KBB request on my trade in that was also associated with this dealership. The salesman Charles maintained contact with me to see if they had the car I would want to buy. He was very diligent and respectful in our discussions. When I mentioned the trade in value was too low I described my car, the condition, and what I would expect. Within 1 hour he came back saying "done deal" as long as the car was as I said. When I got there it took 5 minutes to verify the trade in value and the car they said they had on lot was ready to test drive. The whole experience took a total of 3 hours and was straight forward the entire time. I would go back to them again when I'm ready for my next fun car to buy.

BEWARE*****PLEASE READ!!!! So, let me start out by saying the buying experience was pleasant, and that was the only pleasant thing about buying a car here. After the purchase things went downhill fast! So, when I test drove the vehicle I told rick that it needed a front-end alignment because the truck pulled to the right. Rick said, “okay no problem”. The service department was busy at the time, so he said we would put it in the paperwork and I could come back at any time to get it done. I came back one week later, and I was told that they had lost my paperwork and I couldn’t get my alignment until the paperwork was found. I was told I would be called when it was found, I also had a popping sound coming from my rear end that started 800 miles after I bought the truck. The service department told me to take it to ford and that was it, no help what so ever. 3 weeks go by and I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change was told to be there at 2pm. I get there at 1:50PM and was told it would be at least an hour before the truck gets in so I wait. My truck wasn’t finished until 4:50 PM. It took nearly 3 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. I asked about my front-end alignment and was told to hold off because they are still looking for my paperwork. Well here we are probably 8-9 weeks into all this and I make an appointment for today at 11:30am on 12/4/2017. I specifically asked if I got there at 11:30 my truck would be done by 12:30 because I have meetings today. I was told yes it will be DONE by 12:30pm. I show up at 11:30 and was told I would have to wait an HOUR before my truck even taken into the shop!! LIKE WTH! I have talked to the people at Texas Auto and have received NO HELP. My front tires are now ruined because my front alignment has been off for nearly 2 months because I was told to wait for them to find my paperwork, Alignment is still off. The popping from my rear end has now became louder and louder. Today I asked about moving my service plan to ford dealership because I was tired of the run around on getting my truck taken care of and well I was given a run around! Each person referred me to a different person; this went on for about a half hour, so I ended up just leaving!!! I would like for them to pay for a new set of tires barbecue you can't buy a used tire that will match the tread wear of all the other tires and do my alignment but we all know this will never happen!

Patrick in the service department is the best! He deserves 5 stars just for being himself. He gives great customer service and he truly cares. He has really gone out of his was to help me through this process.Thanks Patrick!
