Dishonest store. Eugene told me the price of an iPhone which we confirmed before I made the switch from another carrier last December. I was also told that I would be charged the full price the first 3 months then the promotion credit will kick in; but on the fourth bill, the credit given was less than what I was promised, by now, it’s too late to cancel. I called and went back to Eugene and he would ask me to contact Verizon. Verizon said I have to deal with the store. We had a conference call with Eugene and Verizon about the situation, Eugene said he would talk to his manager and get back to me within a few days, but never did. All this time Eugene never deny that I am being charged more than what he promised for the two iPhones I bought from him, but yet not willing to do anything. I am considering filing complaints to the appropriate agencies. Update: filed complaint with FCC. Verizon contacted me and adjusted credit on my account to the price originally offered. I will remember to request to have the offer put in writing next time.

I live all the way in San Jose, but now I know that I if I ever have any issues with my Verizon service, I will always come here to this location to speak with Eugene. I have been to many Verizon stores in the past, but I never been part of such a fantastic customer service experience before! I hadn’t ever bought anything from his store, but he went above and beyond to help me obtain back my monthly promotional credit (which no one told me I would lose if I changed devices even temporarily). Now, even though it’s an hour drive to get to Daly City, I will come back for sure!

This is the best Verizon store in the area mostly because of the people who work there. They helped me to upgrade my phone when it broke on a day other stores closed. They answered all my questions and even hooked me up with some accessories. I recommend this store to friends and co-workers.

Is 6:14pm, went in and they say is closed but it saids it closes at 7pm. I guess they don't value business.
