These guys are the worst tmobile you could go to. Never answers thier store phone. Always tries to over upsale you. A bunch of no nothing slackers kids.

No customer service, cant help you with anything even if it is their error. yes stay away from this location. They are bunch of kids playing around not even putting the effort in to check for options that may help. my phone is insured and under warranty. stopped charging, was suppose to get a new different phone next day. i am loosing business and the best they could advise me with was buying a phone at Target or Walmart.... really!!!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. I came here to upgrade my mothers phone two days ago and the lady tried to trick me into picking three accessories saying that it's included in the upgrade. I knew exactly what she was doing when she told me how much I would be paying a month for my upgrade. She was adding the accessories to my bill so that I would pay for them monthly and she didn't explain this to me. This particular location is not a corporate store so it seems like they can get away with a lot.

After the third phone call in a row (first no answer, second a pickup then hang up, third person answered) I told him I had just gotten off the phone with customer service and was supposed to come in and get a loaner phone since mine had gotten delayed on delivery. He was polite and said okay sure man let me check. put me on hold and things seemed fine, 5 minutes later (Click) he hung up on me. I am not going to be calling a fourth time. I will be going to their store in person to see what model employee is doing such an excellent job representing his company. I may add more or another review but there is another t mobile a block away so I will most likely just be adding his name to this review and going elsewhere. I can't imagine it being that hard to simply have lied to me and said their loaner phone was currently loaned out. At least then the slacker could have saved us both time while he attended to his facebook or continued doing god knows what instead of that pesky job of his where he has to suffer helping a customer.

Yesterday I went in to add a line & get a new phone there after finding out the staff at other T-Mobile store in Wet Seal were attempting to scam me, and sadly, this one was the same!!!!! I got there & the these two kids, Trainee & Nick, told me they were there less than a week thus they don't know what to do to help me out. Amazingly, the manager there, called Christian, was on a lunch break from 3:00pm to 4:15pm during which I had to wait & Nick was trying to sell me every single item in the store to go with the new phone I intended to get. I laughed, this kid was funny. :) After Christian came back with full stomach of lunch @ 4:15pm, he sold me a sim card for $15 with a Colorado number starting with 720, I was promised that the number will be changed to a 650 Cali # in 2 hrs which did not happen. With doubts I called T-Mobile customer care & found out that the sim card this Christian guy sold me should come with the new phone for free since I already paid for the addition of the new line, I was scamed in a T-Mobile retail store!!!! However, what could I expect from two kids & a big lunch manager, right? I laughed again. At the end, a customer rep from T-Mobile named Michael Bruce help me activate a 650 # for the new line & gave me credits for the $$$ that store scamed me. Folks, my suggestion is: before you walk into a T-Mobile retail store in Daly city, you better know what you want and the cost associated with your intention, otherwise, see you here! God bless!
