For ten years, and despite my initial reluctance to engage a dealership to maintain my beautiful Buick Park Avenue, I have relied on Fitzgerald's service, and have nothing but praise for their work - both in substance and style. This group, led by Al Briggs, has kept my aging, but low-mileage, car running reliably. Tim Giordani, Assistant Service Manager, has been as trustworthy as a family member, and has made many an accurate call about what to do, and what not to do to keep my car it in as prime condition as possible. Tim has always placed emphasis on keeping the car safe, and advises me accordingly. I have only experienced positive and accurate service from this Fitz group - which is seriously not common - and for which I am seriously grateful.

We needed ( unexpectedly) brake work done while visiting from out of town. We went in on a Monday morning with no appointment. Brian Wilson, assistant service manager, listened, updated us and got the work done as quickly as possible. Car needed all new brake pads and rotors for a trip through the mountains back to Ohio. We've had GM cars since 1967, with service at many GM dealers, and this may have been our best yet. Highly recommended Fitzgerald Buick/auto mall, Rockville, MD

The manager for mechanics named Doug is a master mechanic. Takes time and listens carefully to the customer. Carefully explains options to make the correct repairs on your automobile. GM should do everthing it can to keep Doug.

Excellent service as always. John Pickens and Tim Giordani and (service desk) are outstanding professionals and Alice's check-out system works smoothly and efficiently and she is always happy to see me. Doug did a terrific job on a complicated project. Thank you! L Sullivan

So, where do I start? I had a credit on my account--that's a different story. It was VERIFIED several days earlier by a different consultant. On my way to pick up my car, I called to verify the total bill (BILL #1) and to verify that it was deducted. MY consultant said that he had no idea that it was there. He "fixed" the bill (BILL #2). When I arrived, the bill-AS USUAL-- is NOT UNDERSTANDABLE; get a real invoicing system. MY consultant came out to "explain" it and realized that he had made a mistake; BILL #3--which was MUCH higher than #2. Obviously, this was unacceptable, so I asked for a manager; I got the Lane Manager. He took the paperwork back to his desk and produced--yes, I think you guessed it--BILL #4!!! (He said that MY consultant had made a mistake). The point is that the bills ARE NOT understandable. I always check ALL bills and nowhere else do I have such a problem. Is there more? OK! EVERY SINGLE TIME that I am there, they have NO CLUE that I have an extended warranty (Zurich) which I bought from/through THEM!! If you care, these service department experiences are definitely going to weigh VERY HEAVILY next time I am in the market for a new (non-Buick) car. Unacceptable!!
