We have had our Hyundai Accent for almost 6 years. It has performed great and we are happy with the car. We have taken it to Fitzgerald Hyundai for all of our schedules services and for rare times when the car has had a problem. The service we have received has been outstanding. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.  We intend to continue using their service department for as long as we own the Accent and will seriously consider purchasing our next car from the Fitzgerald automotive group when that time comes – that’s how good we think the service department is.

I have to travel quite some distance to this Service Department. My experience was great!  Mr. DONNY VILLATORO JR. provided excellent service.  He was very patient and pleasant as well.  He also provided me with information to ensure that I take care of my car.  Thumbs up!!!!!

I had 3 recalls for my Hyundai Sonata and contacted this location to get an appointment in. I was seen this morning and it was awesome customer service! A huge shout out to Kevin, I believe he is one of the Service Managers. He was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I also wanted to give a shout out to the gentleman who recieved my keys and let me know when my car was ready. I would highly recommend this location

Donny the Service Rep was extremely helpful with my service at Fitzgerald Hyundai. He showed me all the 40,000 mile maintenance due on my vehicle and found me a discount on nearly every service performed. He also dealt directly with my extended warranty provider to get them to pay for repair covered by my extended warranty.

We bought a Mazda Miata here. Knowing that we come from 450 miles away in MA, Larry and Arthur helped us throughout the whole process, making everything quick and easy.
