I read the reviews and didn't believe that people could actually have that bad of an experience... Boy was I wrong.  Shady dealings from the start.  The offer they gave me for my trade in was such a disgrace I should have just left at that point.  Instead I wasted hours with them playing the shell game with pricing numbers.  Just a bad shady, experience with this group of crooks.  Believe all the bad reviews and don't even waste your time.

Had a nail in my tire and they were able to fix it and get me on the road within the hour. I've recommended them to family. I've bought a Murano. My sister bought an Altima, and my mother also bought a Murano. So far so good. The service department has friendly staff

Ridiculous experience. Shady dealing with clients and to be avoided at all costs.
I wanted to look at a new Pathfinder. The prices posted are not real. Web prices are artificially low to get you to look. The vehicle I liked had a $33K internet price. I test drove and liked it. That's when the games started. The salesman, Wayne, avoided talking about the cost of the car. He took the key of my old car to evaluate for trade and went to the sales manager's office. I could see them just talking. No computer work - just wasting my time. Wayne came back about 10 minutes later saying he doesn't know what happened, there is a new manager and all of the prices are wrong. It was going to cost me $37.5K and I was lucky to get that price. I was livid and told him he had one chance to fix this or I was out.
The sales manager came out about 5 minutes later to say that the lower price is based on being qualified to get all discounts (recent college grad, military, etc.). Getting all of the discounts is impossible. No on gets out of the military and completes a degree in the same six months - the timeframe required to get the discounts. Wayne had told me before going to the sales manager the first time how legitimate Reedman was and that they didn't play such games. He cited this specific example as tactics Reedman does not do. I stopped the discussion and left. As I was leaving, Wayne tried to tell me how he couldn't understand how this could happen. Non-sense. This is their game and they're not that good at it.
In hindsight, I can't help but think this dealership is a storefront to sell excess Nissan inventory. They are heavy on last year's models in a facility that is slated to be destroyed to make way for the new road to the Pike & Rose development. 
Also, if you look at the website, you'll see the loan calculator is preset to a loan rate of 6.9% interest. Other Nissan dealers are preset to 2.9%. They are catering to a distressed clientele.

If I could, I would give zero stars. I did my Nissan Leaf lease buyout through them. They will try to add some fees they didn't tell you about before agreeing on the price. Beware of both the financial manager (FM) and the sales manager (SM).  The FM is very unresponsive if you have an issue after your purchase. The SM will just try to add untold fees to your bill. 

Like Andrea F. and Mathias F. I tried to get reimbursed for the extended warranty on my Nissan Leaf after changing my mind. The FM ignored my calls for almost two months and I had to go several times to his office before he fills out the required forms. I finally got my refund back this week but it took me almost 6 months from the time I requested the cancellation. I will also try to get back the additional fees they charged me through Nissan Finance.

Don't go there, they have the worst customer service.

purchased my first NEW vehicle from them. I had a great experience with Lilly and Mark. They've helped tremendously.
