Not good service they take FOREVER to make food last time i went i asked for something and i said i would pick it up 2 days later and when i came they didnt even make it. I suggest if you dont want to wait for a long time not to come.They claim they didnt see the order. Im well aware this can happen to any restaurant but when i ordered to eat there they took 20 minutes or more i didnt order that much food i only ordered 2 things. There were little to no people there also.

We LOVED it at first, until i asked for the same thing I always ask for but, they gave me the smallest amount of everything, and they wernt busy that time, also very slow service like i said not busy i was the only one there

I always had a good experience with La Taza and I would always visit the Woodbridge location. However, I stopped going three months ago because the coffee wasn't the same and the food tasted horrible. My boyfriend and I were in Alexandria the other day and we decided to give La Taza another try. The place was full, so we understood that they would take long with the order. 30 minutes later, the lady arrived with our food and it was COLD. I ordered a pan con pollo and it tasted like everything but pan con pollo. My boyfriend had a breakfast and since it was 6 pm, I thought they had kept the food since the morning of that same day because it was flavorless, cold and those beans made me want to puke as soon as I looked at them. I did not say anything, I just left and told my boyfriend that we are never coming back to this place. HORRIBLE!!!

I'm not complaining about the food, but every time I order over the phone they say food would be ready in a certain time and it ends up being triple that time at least;I think they don't throw the order until you get there and pay,so what's the point of calling then?...

You would think that they would have hired new staff seeing as the poor customer service is the number one complaint! There was not one clean table.....I had to wipe one down myself!
