Purchased a brand new 2018 vehicle at Colonial Ford. From the moment I walked in the door I received prompt and professional assistance. I immediately felt like my salesman, Jake Eldredge, had my best interest first. Once we found a vehicle that really fit the bill Jake, Dell Roderick and Greg Russell really worked to get the financial numbers I wanted. New cars are expensive but their customer service makes it worth the price. The car is loaded with every option, my monthly payments was within $20 dollars of my initial target price, and Jake, John, Dell and Greg each gave us their undivided attention throughout the process.

Purchased a brand new vehicle here back in 2016. Everything went fine, until they started charging me for routine maintenance that was covered under my warranty. 
Once I got that handled, I came in again for a routine maintenance and recall repair. Drove in just fine, then was told I had a flat tire that couldn't be plugged. Then I was told I needed four new tires or else I would risk damaging the vehicle if I only replaced one. Seemed super shady, so I declined and brought the vehicle, on it's spare, to a local tire company and got it replaced for a fraction of what Colonial was quoting me. 
I do not trust these guys anymore, and I will be taking my business elsewhere for maintenance and repairs. 
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I recently purchased a 2010 Ford Taurus limited. They were extremely flexible on pricing, they were very straight to the point, an very positive. VERY happy with my experience. I was assisted by salesman Jake Eldridge an General Manger Sean McCarthy. They were both awesome. Thanks guys. I know where i will be purchasing my next vehicle!

I was pleasant surprised with the level of dedication to satisfying my needs/preferences.  The sales representative, George, went the extra miles to match me with the car I had my mind set on, and within my time &  financial parameters.  Amazingly, within a few hours, he was able to do just that, 98% perfect.   Thank you!
