I’ve been going to Colorado Ski & Golf for years now and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for all your Snowboard and Ski needs. All of their staff is incredibly awesome, super friendly, totally knowledgeable, and easy to work with.  I’ve never had a bad experience, ever!!!

As an example, when renting some gear today, Amy asked where we were going to board. When she found out we were going to Monarch she offered us her personal stash of buy 1 get 1 free lift tickets that she had for Monarch.  Saved me $180.00.  I was totally blown away.  Thanks Amy!!!!  It’s because of people like you at Colorado Ski & Golf that we’ll ALWAYS come back.

They really went the extra mile

I recently brought in some skis to have some work done on them before a  trip to Jackson and tasked the shop guys with some pretty tough work on  an old set of skis. There was an problem when they were working on them and some of my equipment was damaged (it can happen, especially given what I was asking of them) which at the time made it look like I would be renting skis on my trip which I was leaving for a few days later.

 I spoke with the store manager, Justin, who was very understanding of the situation. They offered to rush order new replacements (which was amazing considering that particular model was discontinued two years ago and are very hard to find) but unfortunately I wouldn't have them before leaving for WY so they offered me store credit for what I originally paid for them. I ended up getting basically an upgraded version of what I had. But not only that, they also got them mounted the same day and even gave me a free tune-up. 

In the end the trip was blast and I was very impressed with the new equipment. I was even more impressed with the level of customer service Colorado Ski and Golf provided given my situation. It is rare to see a company not only make things right when mistakes are made, but to far exceed what is fair. I have shopped here and their other locations for years and for good reason. I have always received excellent service and continually recommend them to my friends and family.

Visit 1. Not impressed! went in to look at some ski boots and the guy measured my foot and fitted me for some boots. When I told him that my big toe was pushing on the front of the boot and that they were too small he acted like I was lying and tried to prove me wrong and say that this is your size. I was not listen to and treated like I was an idiot.  Not impressed at the customer service and there needs to be some retraining.

Visit 2. I did go back for ski servicing and they did a great job with customer service. Star added.

This place is awesome. If you are a snowblower or skier you need to go. Great place to get your kids set up! Price the people all fantastic.

Staff was excellent with my kids. Friendly, made them feel at ease.  Wayne was the guys name I believe. Made good suggestions.  If your kids need ski gear bring them here.
