I got a new phone battery here for my Samsung S5. Besides that they helped me find batteries for a toy my grandson likes. They were VERY helpful. Seems like at warranty is going to be very good, too. I'll come here for my batteries.

I had a great experience, I brought a couple of batteries in to be tested expecting they would be beyond usable. The gentleman the test my battery let me know that they were in fact well within charging range and better than I expected. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, he was honest and polite. It was a very pleasant experience and when I do need a battery I will be there to buy it.

I bought two rebuilt Dewalt 18v batteries from them last Oct. I've been laid up with a shoulder replacement for the last six months so I have barely even used them.  I try to do a little work around my house on a Saturday and find neither battery will hold a charge. Considering that they almost cost the same as a new one and they told me they were better than new but it  only has a six month warranty, new ones have a 1 year warranty. I don't think I'll be back for anything. I wouldn't give them any stars except you HAVE to give them at least one.

I called inquiring about replacing a phone screen. I was told $99.99 but would be given a $10 discount if I made an appointment over the phone. I was told the replacement would take approximately one hour. My husband dropped off the phone on time at the scheduled appointment at 10:30am. After waiting for a long time to be helped (appointment pointless) he was told the phone would be ready around 3:00pm and they would call him when it was ready. That's definitely longer than 1 hour. At 3:00 I had received no call so I called to see if it was ready, it was. My husband went to pick it up and they charged him $99.99 and did not include the $10 discount (my husband wasn't aware of the discount I was quoted so he paid the full amount) After arriving home we noticed a small crack in the bottom of the screen after taking the protective sheet that was on it. My husband immediately drove back about the crack and was given extreme attitude about it by the girl at the front like it was such an inconvenience for her that they had to replace the screen again. Really? Your acting inconvenienced when you broke the screen that you were supposed to fix. I'm the customer that paid you for service you didn't provide and I'm the one being inconvenienced for having to come back to have it completed a second time. The phone was fixed properly within an hour and we were called this time when it was ready. I called the following day regarding the $10 discount that we didn't receive and asked if it could be refunded. The person over the phone said that I would have to physically come into the store between 9-5 mon-fri when the manager is there to speak with him. So now I have to be inconvenienced again during only work hours to fix yet again a problem they caused. The price is a little less than other stores but I'll happily pay a bit more for decent service.

I just visited this location on Austin bluffs Pkwy and had an extremely pleasant encouter with an employee named Carlos. I called prior to coming in and he was very helpful . When I arrived he helped me pick out an alternate battery for my son's powerwheel dune racer so I didn't have to spend a ton on the original power wheels battery.  He even checked it with a voltmeter and hooked up the battery so I can charge it with my original cord. Courteous , helpful and stellar service . I called all around the springs prior to deciding on this store and nowhere else was as nice as this place with customer service .
