I came to this Sprint store today to get 2 more lines for Christmas and it was around 3:30, fast friendly service. Gabe the manager was very friendly and interactive. Very impressed they even wrapped my gifts for me today at no charge! Kimberly was the one who helped me the whole way through and was very patient while I was deciding what phones I wanted for my kids! Best experience thus far!

Ryan has the best customer service. We had purchased several Items and it was a smooth process. Gabe had come and assisted as well and they both are the best Sprint employees I have ever spoke with.

I was long over due for a phone upgrade and have had sprint for the last 12 years, I went in and was greeted by one of their employees with a smile ( which is always a good start in a phone store) I ended up pre-ordering a phone and after asking 1000 questions I left with all of them answered by the stores assistant manager. Going back in to pick up my phone the store was extremely busy but again I was greeted with a smile by the stores General Manager and he was able to quickly get my phone and had one of the employees activate it. (when was the last time you saw a general manager greet a door?) Anyway being in the service industry I truly appreciate great customer service! Thank you

Uuugghhhhhh 
So I was ready for great customer service since I could not get it from my last provider....... did NOT happen here either! Was told $130.00 for cell service yet my checking account so far 4th bill and they have been $160-169+ 🙄🤥 yesterday’s payment $154.and change. Have been in the Sprint store 3 times with NO resolutions from them except “they will fix it”, yet here we are!!!! Very Disappointed Customer
