We wanted to celebrate our engagement but the original place we were going to stay at was booked. Comfort Inn had a room available with a jacuzzi tub. We had a great stay and there was even room service available. The room service was actually a food delivery that partnered up with hotels nearby. It was nice to be able to order food that wasn't just pizza or hot wings and that it could be delivered. The breakfast lounge at the comfort inn was very tiny and most of the tables already had people sitting at them, so some people just grab some food and went back to their room.

Clean and friendly service.  Met our expectations for this brand.  Rooms were in good repair. I had a room near the elevator and was not disturbed by noises in the hall.

The location was about 20 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, which was ideal for us because we didn't want to stay somewhere incredibly busy. We got a Jacuzzi suite, but the Jacuzzi was much smaller than we anticipated. The room was also not cleaned as well as it should have been, as there were balled up tissues behind the mattress. The entrance to the hotel is also very abrupt. It wasn't terrible, but for the price I paid I definitely expected a cleaner room and a bigger jacuzzi.

The whir pool room was great. The desk lady was nice and friendly. Room was clean and everything worked as it should. Best "two star" hotel I've been to by a LONG shot.

We only stayed one night and got a Jacuzzi room. When we first got there, it was late and there was only one other family in the lobby so it was pretty quiet. The guy at the desk didn't seem interested in much but got us checked in with little hassle. We were on the top floor so it was very quiet. Jaccuzi was great and so was the bed. Unfortunately didn't get to go to breakfast but the lady working on the way out was nice. Overall, it's a decently clean, quiet place to stay for a night or two.
