Horrible service, room was not clean when we got to our room. Went to the front desk to let them know and they wouldn't give us another room and cleaned our room. Only took them 15 minutes or less. You could hear everything going on outside the room. There was a bag taped over the smoke detector from the previous people smoking in the room. Told the front desk as we were checking out and was told " I don't really care if it was you or not smoking in the room".. a day later I called because I was so unsatisfied and wanted a refund the manager who told me she read my review, decided to just not contact me about the issues. Then went on to tell me that they cannot refund me but they will give me a free stay... Not that I want a free stay but I guess it's better than nothing. Now almost two months later I have still not received my free stay with Extended stay America. I do not recommend this place for ANYONE.

Not a place I would want to stay for three months again. Room clean but dingy looking. Have to drive to get anything. Employees always polite.

Hotel reeks of smoke. Room smelled like curry - I had to buy air freshener, I'm now home and smell like the hotel room. Room seemed pretty clean but there was a disgusting layer of dust on refrigerator and a few other items. Repairs/patches to walls and other items were pretty shabby. Location was also very odd and not near anything without hopping in your car. And the most annoying part was the room keys don't work. I stayed two nights and must have had to get my card reprogrammed 6 times. Reception started to get annoyed with me and insisting that I'm putting it near my cellphone. Maybe get cards that can operate when put near something that literally everyone in the world carries 24/7.

Free wi-go?😁 sure if u don't mind aol dial up speed,unless u pay $5.00 a day for faster.they advertise kitchen,but you have to rent a toaster,coffee maker,and pots and pans, and dish drying rack. But the room was fairly clean.

Staff was friendly and room was clean, however there were no hangers in the closet, TV was poor at best(reception was fuzzy) recliner chair was broken, tried to call down to front desk, phone was broken. This was closest hotel to my meeting and even though it was inexpensive, too many negatives to stay there again
