I absolutely love Travis,  the first person you meet when you go inside.  The others are working on cars I may never meet them, they have always been busy when I  have been there. I was told about Total Auto Care by a friend. I have always had difficulty finding a repair shop that I felt I could trust. They have me as a customer for as long as I own vehicles. Thanks,

Travis runs the best shop and auto repair business in the Rochester area! It was highly recommended by a neighbor when I moved to town and I have never been disappointed. On a few occasions I went to other places to get a comparison and complete auto repair was always cheapest without needless upselling. Travis has even gone so far as recommending purchasing recommended parts on Amazon to save me money. Mechanics always knowledable and personable as well! Hands down a first class shop that does what you need at affordable price!

Travis and Bruce run a solid business.  It is rare today to find a repair shop where both the   guy on the phone and the mechanic are willing talk to you, and they actually know what they are talking about.  All options for repairs are discussed fully.  There is no upselling.  I have been taking my older vehicles here for over 4 years and I could not be more satisfied with the work and value.

My brakes were absolutely horrible. The other auto shops were over priced and asking for too much. I called Complete Auto Repair and they were able to get my car in the next day. Their quotes were definitely more affordable than the other repair shops in town. I'm really satisfied with the customer care service and I will always take my car here in the future.
