Probably the best quality furniture for the price. We've had bad luck at most of the other big stores in the East Valley with pieces being broken at delivery. They're not great about customer service though.

I'm a loyal customer to Ashley's Furniture. But today was a little bit different. I don't went in and was "intercepted" by a sales lady. I knew what I was looking for and I knew where they were at in the store told a saleslady I was fine and I proceeded to the beds but she insisted on following me around the store back to the beds, not cool. She decided to go arrange the pillows and mumbled something to herself so I walked over and I told her exactly how I felt and I left. But before I did I told him exactly what I bought from this store.

My husband and I are new apartment owners and we had both had been recommended Ashley’s furniture for good quality furniture. We love all the different styles Ashley’s carries! So many choices and on top of that, great quality craftsmanship. We decided to head to the new location in chandler and we’re amazed by selection and the friendly atmosphere. To add to this wonderful shopping trip, mr. Ryan Boatman was there to both greet and welcome us in. He was very professional but definitely very relaxed and helpful. My husband and I didn’t have a lot to spend just because we're in the process of moving and money was really tight and Ryan was so awesome in trying to help us get our dream furniture! He gave us the best deal on my husbands recliner that I desperately wanted to get him and of course my matching sofa! I appreciate him and of course his manager for making it happen and being so gracious and flexible. Two thumbs from both me and my husband! Thank you again.

Great experience! Had so much fun with Jeanie, a sales rep, picking out items for my condo. She was very helpful. Told her my vision and style and made it easy. I wasn’t left to wander around, as I tend to be a bit indecisive but also no sale pressure either. Can’t wait for my things to get here.

Beautiful new store in Tempe. I was greeted friendly and received great service from Daniel my salesman. He listened to what I needed and presented two perfect choices right away. It was of the if the easiest purchases I’ve made. I bought a gorgeous, comfortable reclineing sofa, Live seat and two rocking recliner chairs for a fabulous price. After 2 days of trying to find what I wanted online, I invested 30 minutes at Ashley’s and got exactly what I wanted.
