Very easy process to obtain my visa! I needed the visa to study for my master degree in Spain. They gave me the list of things I needed. one requirement was to obtain my FBI clearance report which I thought it was going to take 3 to 4 months. Luckily, This place, MR FINGERPRINTS IN DOWNTOWN LA, was able to give me the FBI Report in minutes after submitting my fingerprints. after getting all my documents, I got my visa on time

Needed business visa and my travel was within a week from my appointment date. They were able to process it within 3 business days! Follow instructions on the site and carry all documents as requested including copies. Only express mail will be accepted. (no priority mail either). If you have questions email [email protected] they will answer, don't make any assumptions about documents. Be on time for your appointment, always add extra 30 min travel time to account for crazy LA traffic.

Applying for a student visa in the San Francisco Consulate three years ago was such a nightmare --- but this Consulate experience was 100 times better. The office was small and the set-up was a little awkward (as you have to speak to someone while everyone else in the room can hear you), however they greeted me with calm and friendly service (unlike the one in SF). The best part is that I decided extremely last minute that I would study in Spain and I was able to get an early appointment. On top of that, I told the lady at the Consulate that I had two weeks until my classes started and she told me that everything on her part would be done that same day --- everything else just depended on the Spanish government. However, whatever system they are using is SO much better than the one in SF, as the LA Consulate was able to process my whole application AND MAIL my visa to me (from LA to SF) in a week and 5 days (AND this includes the new years and reyes holiday in Spain)! Whereas the SF Consulate took 4 weeks (and they didn't have to mail it). I have no idea how they did it but I appreciate their help so much --- a stress has been lifted off my shoulders as I am just in time for classes in España!

My husband and family applied for a Spanish VISA at this consulate. After going through mounds of paperwork we were warned to be very patient when actually applying in person. I have to express my enjoyment of our interaction. I worked with a woman whose name is Philar and was quite helpful and actually delightful in every way.

They are difficult to get in contact with do to the fact that they are so busy. Once you get a hold of them however they are extremely helpful! Christina went the extra mile to make sure I got my visa before i left the country!
