I was greatly impressed with the service I received this morning from the Mexican Consulate.  From the Security, Register, Window, Cash, and to the person that gives you your new polished and finished Card.
Service was fast, cordial and question I asked, response I received in a nice and helpful manner.  Now this is a great Team!  Keep it up and Thank you for your work!

Brought my mom to renew her Mexican passport and everything was easy and smooth. Everything is electronic now so you don't need to make copies of anything and you don't need to bring passport photos. I was so relieved as I had heard horror stories.

We had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. and got there at 9:15 a.m. We were seen right away and were done by 10:00 a.m.  Everyone was courteous.

Very fast. I renewed my passport in less than 2 hours. The downside is that the call center said that they take credit card but they don't.  I had to go over to an atm.

I wouldn't even give 1 start. Horrible service, it's sad to see how unprofessional they can be. No manners, rude people, they need some training on how to talk to people and how to help them.

Unbelievable nice and fast Service. The employees are very friendly, the process in the consulate is amazingly fast, undoubtedly I am impressed with the service and the fast turnaround.
