The beautiful tropical jungle like atrium is no more unfortunately.  That gave the hotel a cool and unique personality; making you feel like you were on vacation on some exotic location.  I'm not sure what the new design is going to look like; hopefully it turns out nice.  Still, the jungle atrium will be missed!

Very sweet staff there.  Happy hour is great! And free!  Their main area was under construction at the time,  but the rest of the building was nice.  The view is AMAZING. I highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable hotel, dated interior in room but comfortable bed and slept well. No noise. Gym is adequately equipped and is newly refurbished. The lobby and atrium areas are still being refurbished.

Clearly address the establishment does not offer A/C in the room, as the unit does circulate air, but only down to 76 degrees.  Once the thermostat is configured to operate below 76 degrees, the unit shuts off.  The unit does not provide any cool air, just circulates the air within the suite.  The outside temperature was lower than 76 degrees, and when the issue with the unit in the room was addressed with hotel management, they were clearly set up to provide an immediate Public Relations reply, by offering their sincerity, in addition to awarding your Hilton Rewards with 10,000 points.  When checking out from the property, the front desk rep offered an additional 10,000 Hilton Rewards point, which I interpreted as a somewhat hospitable act, nevertheless, the act did not outweigh the fact that the room did not have A/C, as the rep clearly stated, those 20,000 points will be generated to your account today.  That was the 17th of April, as of 23 April, only points captured within my Hilton Rewards was the stay conducted for 15 and 16 April, nothing else.  This once again proves the management from this property has no ethical obligation, and will state any act verbally to the client, only to avoid follow through on their actions.

Overall not a bad place but we definitely felt the impact of the large amount of construction that's going on the first floor. The architecture is a little different in that there's a large open Central space with all the rooms around the periphery. It does make for a somewhat noisy environment when you have kids running around. The other problem is that the Furnishings that appears somewhat dated and the televisions in the room Are No Name brand that definitely does clash with one's expectation of an Embassy Suites especially in a place so close to Silicon Valley. The morning breakfast is reasonably well stocked but it's not the tastiest and it grows old pretty quickly. I was skipping a towards the end of our three days stay and going elsewhere.
