They did an excellent job on my 03 Dodge Caravan. My front brakes were making a horrible noise. And one of my back brake drums was getting really hot. Les Schwab quote me over $1,000. So we went to Cooke's and talked to Pat. And he set a appointment for a free brake inspection. We dropped it off about 9am. Two hours later he called us and quoted us $600 to fix everything. We told him to go ahead and fix everything it needs to make it safe. And we told him we were on a real tight budget right now. At 1pm he called us and it was all done. When we went to pay the bill it was less than Pat quoted us. :-) He told us that the back shoes weren't that bad to go ahead and just run them for a another 6 months. And it save me some money. That has nice. Cuz' They had to take the brake shoes off to fix a bad wheel cylinder and the backing plate. That's why my back drum was get hot. I'm disabled and working part time. It takes me a little time to save up $600, Pat is straightforward and really friendly. I appreciate that they were able to stay within are budget. I took a drive to Oregon City. And the brakes are working great. They fixed all my brake problems. So I would highly recommend them. THANKS PAT AND CREW!!

Really great experience at Cooke's. Wonderful customer service, Pat was efficient and kind. I was anxious about bringing my car in, prepared for it to cost way more than I could afford and possibly need more repairs than I was ready to deal with. Although Pat explained that there are other issues, he fixed the immediate problem and did not pressure me to schedule the other repairs before I knew that I could afford to pay for them. Super fast, dropped off my car at 8am, it was ready by noon the same day. So glad I chose to go with a local shop, I will definitely use Cooke's again.

First time at this shop and had a great experience.  They did their job well, timely, fair pricing and were the nicest people ever!!!!! They were kind to help with my baby and dog making the pick up car / neighborhood experience really nice.

Love these Guys! Fast scheduling, called Tuesday afternoon, they squeezed me in to check brakes and rotors Wednesday morning. Turns out car needed more than I hoped. They had it done by noon and explained everything. Flushed the transmission too and explained what needs to be done next and the deal they offer for an oil change and transmission flush. Pricing much better than the quotes from my previous service garage.  So happy, car runs like new!

Honesty and integrity are clearly prioritized here. After hearing a variety of expensive quotes and estimates for how urgently my brake pads needed to be replaced,  I finally took my car into Cooke's because of their good reviews and lowest fee for the service. The man (I think the owner) there spent his time carefully taking the tires off and inspecting my car, and explained to me the true state of my brake pads and rotors. He concluded that I was actually about 40% on my brake pads, that I could go a looooong time without doing anything to them. I wasn't charged a single penny for the inspection and I will definitely go back to him for any future car maintenance. Thank you!
