My wife’s old car attracted every bump and dent possible without being in motion. Really, often she was not even in the car. Si’s has patched it up good as new more times than I want to admit or remember. Great people and quality work.

the work quality is amazing and the service is easy to set up and understand no tricksters trying to make you pay more after an agreement very trustworthy and helpful

Craig and his family do an awesome job. They are fast and affordable. There are no hidden fees or surprise. Well..  except for some quality chocolate in the glove box!

Family business that really goes the extra mile for you.
Kraig, Brenna, Jared and the crew really take good care of you. Helped us deal with a PITA insurance company when my Mother's car need extensive repair.
If you want to be treated professionally, courteously and fairly this is the Autobody Shop that gets it done. I have worked on cars for 40+ years and Si's is the real deal.

BEST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!
Lets start from the beginning:
*Breena and Kraig Thank you for all the help you did for me and my family. 

My wife had a bad car accident and needed to find a shop so the insurance will transfer the truck to a shop of my choice, I did some research and Thankfully I found Si's. 
They were so efficient on time, estimate and also details of my Toyota Sequoia. 
Insurance claimed that the truck was fixable but when it got to Si's I got a call from Breena telling me : I don't know what the insurance was looking at, but your car is total! I'm sorry to give you the news but I just want the best for you and the way I look at it? this is not a safe truck for you and your wife(did I mention my wife was 9 months pregnant at the time of accident ? so add stress to that in-to a car accident, you will know how much stress you are going thru with insurance and rental cars, Breena was awesome on Helping me and keep me calm during those days).

They were so good on paperwork with insurance and communicating to me on every step of the process. 

The last thing  that was above and beyond costumer service was when I had to pick up my belongings  and they WAITED for me for ONE hour past their close time. We live three hours away from Portland and the traffic was horrible that day.  I could not believe they did that for Us.

At the end, they never work on my truck but their Honesty worth more than any proof of work.

Thank you  AGAIN, and I will definitely recommend Si's.
