We are a full service auto body shop - fender bender to major collision, door ding, paint chip repair, paint repairs, parts replacement - headlights, taillights, mirrors, vandalism repair. We also repair and paint motorcycle parts.

This place is GREAT. Friendly people and quick service. I was running late in traffic and someone was willing to stay a few minutes past closing to make sure I was able to get my car from being fixed on a Friday evening. Plus, they have a shop cat, Suki, who is super sweet. :)

AMAZING SERVICE.  More than 'the extra mile' for service with me.  First, they did a great fast job repairing my car from a collision in early 2017.  Next, weeks later, I kept hearing an annoying occasional squeaking going over rough terrain.  One of their senior guys was patient until he discovered what it was (was very hard to diagnose).  Everyone in the office is down to earth, approachable and professional.  I'd inconvenience myself in the future to have this location work on my vehicle again.

Fix it auto is one of the best in the business!  I live in Beaverton and went past at least six to drive out to Portland...and it was well worth it. They are the pinnacle when it comes to customer service, friendly and first-rate service. William has very high expectation of himself and his team! I hope he would never need their service from an accident, but if you do just know that you'll be in great hands!  I've already given their number to a few friends, look for their five star endorsement soon.

Very friendly shop to visit they will take care of your car and help you through the whole repair. Highest level of repair quality you can ask for, from the Body work to paint and all the way to detail your car is in really good hands.

I drive a 1999 Toyota Camry.  I rounded a post too closely and did some unsightly, but superficial damage to the driver's side.  Because of the age of the car, the insurance declared it a total loss.  To me, it was not a total loss.  I am the sole owner, and with only 99,000 miles and an excellent maintenance record the car has much safe life left.  The insurance company was not shooting straight with me on my options.  William Bray, one of the FIX owners walked me through the situation and helped me understand my options. Based on his solid direction,  I was able to negotiate a great deal with my insurance company and keep the car. Fix is replacing the driver's side mirror for a very fair price.  I am very grateful to William and FIX for helping me look after my best interests.  Integrity, honestly and straight forward practical advice are not always there nowadays.  Refreshingly, I found those traits at FIX.  Hopefully I won't have to use FIX's services again.  If I do, they have my loyalty for life.
