Firstly, as a worker in the service industry I seldom review establishments, I don't like to the smell of my farts tat much. If I get poor service I don't go back. 

This is the second time I have take to PAS. Nick and Deb provide the utmost quality customer service. Furthermore, the mechanics were kind enough to go further in investigating the issue. It was just the starter but other shops were lazy and didn't want to test it because the starters are a pain in the neck to reach on transverse four cylinders. Short story long, I have had a great experience going here and would recommend them to friends and family. Wang Chung!

Got into a fender bender and was recommended to Portland Auto by my tow driver. I love my little car and they had the front and rear bumpers looking like new in not time.  Thank you guys.

Let me just say, this is the best experience i have ever had with a garage. i'm new to portland and wasn't sure where to take my car when the a/c compressor went out. My AAA tow truck driver recommended me to Portland Auto Specialties and i couldn't have been happier with the service. Debbie was incredibly kind and helpful and kept me updated the entire time. They gave me options as to how i wanted to go about repairing the car and at no time did i ever feel pressured into paying more for something i didn't need. They where very reasonably priced and my car was back on the road in just 2 days! Couldn't recommend them enough!!

Got stuck at work when my car wouldn't start. I tried jumping it but no luck, so I had it towed to Portland Auto Specialties. They diagnosed the problem (bad alternator) and got me up and running in no time. Great job.

Overpriced for the terrible job they did. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this shop.
