I want to put anyone’s doubts to the side about this company. I have been their customer for 4 years and have always had impeccable service!  Each tech has been on time, professional and clearly explains what was done or what needs to be done each time (2 times per year) they come do a service. 
Currently I am selling my house and needed them to come out and evaluate my a/c unit to satisfy the buyer to be. They did right away and sent all invoices and a letter from the owner to the buyer assuring them everything is in great working condition. I was not on their schedule but this company had zero problem helping me out at the last minute!
I know everyone at this company works extremely hard....they have to!  It’s Arizona and it’s never not hot here!  We all need A/C!  Saying that, I have never been over charged for anything or convinced that I need something when I don’t.
Please don’t hesitate to use Cool Breeze!  They are a solid choice!

Justin did some great work installing a new unit at my house, all while having very respectful and cordial approachability answering questions. Also got a quick and friendly estimate from Allen. Good honesty, no jerking around. Well pleased with the results.

Great service and really fair price-our ac unit started to fail after 16 years and They got us up and running with a new system. Courteous techs, they show up when they say they will - couldn't ask for better service. Thanks Allen, Jennifer, Rose, Jay, Justin and Trey...you have a good team! Thanks, Bob M

If you want to wait for a week for your appt in over 100F weather and deal with horrible customer service, this is the company for you assigned by American Home Shield home warranty company. Their technician is listening to his headphones and does not answer any of your questions. If you ask, he tells you that you do not let him do his job and drives away. I have never had such experience in my almost 12 years of dealing with home repairs. Interesting that when you read other low rating reviews here, it makes sense what my experience was. This is the home warranty for ya. Two different home warranty companies - the same experience - long wait and worst contractors out there.

The company and their people are fabulous.  I rarely write reviews It all started with Jay who was SUPER professional, he took a look at my system, including the vents an furnace and coils in attic.  He then gave me a very fair bid.  He cared and was concerned about getting the unit for the upstairs working until they put the new units in place.  He came across very honest and followed through with everything he said he would do.  Megan in the scheduling and financing was also super professional and always pleasant and very helpful.  Then Miles and Beau were also SUPER professional and were very conscious of making sure they were super careful with my house,  they left everything super clean and working great.  You could tell they knew very well what they were doing.  I felt lucky to have such professionals crew doing the install.
You guys are superb!!!  For everyone reading this, look no further this is the company you need to go with!!
