I hired Silverado Rooter & Plumbing for a well repair leak and I received excellent service from their technician by the name of Jack Hudson. He was respectful and professional. The work was completed within a reasonable time frame and was done correctly. I would high recommend these folks any day and time.  In addition to Jack I would also like to mention one of his co-worker's by the name of Rodney who was our first contact with the company. He was very helpful in getting the information I needed to help with our repair and was willing to help at anytime of the day or night to get the right parts needed.  He also followed up with me about the job status and he didn't even make the repair and he still followed up with me. Excellent company in my book!!!!  I know who to call next time we are in need of a repair.  Happy customer here along with several other families that were in need of water from the well as this repair was very important and time was of the essence. Thanks guys!!!!!

I came home yesterday to water, water everywhere... in my garage.  Angel took my call at Silverado and had Tom come out to diagnose the problem.  Since our water heater was only 2+ years old, Tom checked the problem and took pictures.  He didn't want to open it and risk voiding the still standing manufacturer's warranty.  He called the manufacturer the following morning, explained his findings and came back to our house to answer their questions by phone.  Tom told us the manufacturer would cover a replacement water heater.  We were responsible for the labor and such, but I didn't care, because Tom handled everything.  I didn't have to make phone calls and jump through hoops.  He's the professional.  He knew what he was talking about, and he handled it all.  He got our new water heater, returned, removed the bad one and installed the new.  He made everything so easy for us.  I'm thrilled with the excellent service.  Tom, you're wonderful.  Thank you so much.

Tom just left our place - he is pleasant and affable, and very efficient. He resolved our problem quickly and gave a clear  explaination of what had caused it. Left the work area neat and clean, too. I'm very happy with his service.

Thanks Chris and Carter for your prompt, professional and efficient service today. When our plumbing emergency happened on Sunday, your company was the only one who answered the phone and sent someone to try to resolve the problem. Unfortunately the employee who came yesterday was unable to fix the problem for us but you guys rode to the rescue today. Why 5 stars? You showed up within 5 minutes of when you said you would. You were polite, and worked efficiently, all the time keeping me informed of what your were doing. I was very pleasantly surprised at the end of the work, how reasonable your price was - You are now at the top of my list for great customer service.
