We are currently waiting for the plumber FOR THE THIRD MISSED APPOINTMENT. They have scheduled and missed 3 appointments. I got a text at 7:14 that Cesar is on his way. It's 10:30. I am definitely spreading the word about this. All anyone can say is they will call dispatch to see what's going on. First and last time using this company.

They ran a camera down my pipes, said I had major breaks in the underground sewer drains and gave me a $10K and a $20K option to fix. I was dubious so I got another plumber to scope and give me a second opinion. Turns out my pipes are totally fine. Beware of plumber scams like this and always request a second opinion before shelling out tens of thousands of dollars on unnecessary repairs. Shame on you Mr. Rooter.

Additionally: They started working on the clog before calling me with a cost estimate and obtaining my consent to proceed. They called me daily the next three days hounding me for payment. Can't you send a bill? I'm an out of town landlord and was in the middle of travel when this happened. Had to call in several times to get the right person to pay my unclog bill. Other issues with the tech I won't even go in to. All around very disappointing even without the attempt to rip me off.

We got a quote from mr rooter yesterday to move our indoor laundry pipes gas line and 220 outlet into the garage which is literally 3ft  away and they quoted $3160! I also had a contractor come by who we know personally and he quoted $400 with supplies and labor. If mr rooter thinks 4 hours of work is worth over $700 in labor they aren’t worth your time especially for such a simple job. Supplies were about $200 when we priced them out at Home Depot. Save yourself some money and get multiple quotes even the technician wouldn’t talk specifics on money because I’m sure he knew how ridiculous it was saying $3160

Called them to snake my service line to remove a blockage. They ran a snake and said that the blockage couldn't be removed. They recommended that I rip up my foundation to replace the pipe for 3600$. I called another plumbing service that removed the blockage for 500$
