Santos came out for a routine inspection and everything was working great. He left, I left to go shopping and when I got home the AC wasn't working.  Santos came back  out with Jay and it still didn't work. then Santos came out with James.  James was bound and determined to get the AC up and running.  and he did - about 11:30 that night.  I don't know of any other company who would try so hard to fix something.  These technicians are great.  Alaskan is the only company I tell my friends about.  If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would.

I called Alaskan to get a second opinion the status of my central A/C unit. John arrived and conducted a thorough diagnostic check of the outside A/C unit and showed me readings on the instruments he was using for the diagnostic check. He provided a thorough explanation on the true status of the A/C unit. If I eventually need to purchase a new central A/C system, I definitely will consider Alaskan for this purchase thanks to John's expertise. This is a well-informed, honest company unlike some of the others here in Tucson who don't want to repair a system. but only want to sell a new A/C unit. Thank you, John! You are a pro.

Jay came out and got right to work. He was very polite, professional, straight forward, thorough and efficient. He made sure he told us about the work he had done, and what we still needed to do. I greatly appreciate his knowledge! Thank you Jay for getting our a.c. up and running! You're awesome! And thank you Alaskan Air for sending Jay out the same day we called!

Was 5 of 5, but now only 1 star.

We paid for a warranty that seems to cover nothing but cleaning an outside compressor with a hose. 

Every time they come here there is always a part that cost $1,000 or more. Even when there just doing a check up. Also, everyone of there supposed professionals would tell us that the last guy didn't know what they were talking about and the price would  keep going up.

They will say and do whatever to make a quick buck. Make sure you watch them closely and record everything. They like to try to pass the blame off on anything that isn't there fault.

They did a HVAC cleaning in my attic. Now it leaks but before it didn't.  But that was not there fault, my ass.. 

DO NOT USE THEM AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

Extremely professional and friendly. James took his time to explain everything he was doing, as well as why he was doing it. I highly recommend Alaskan Air to anyone needing AC repairs.
