!! DON'T BUY YOUR TILE THERE !! 

We went to show room saw the tile we like it,  looked like it was a good grade so we ordered the travertine 24 x 24.  First two crates were nice cuts, then we got a third one and it was so bad we were only able to salvage 20 of them out of the create. Emser tile would not take the broken and bad tile back for trade out for good ones.  They accused us of breaking them and told that any more tile we bought they would not replace the broken ones for good ones.  So the last create I got had 18 tiles cracked and we were not able to finish the job so I had to buy 20 more so that we could finish the job.  So what I have left of broken tile that they would not take back is about 77 complete tiles with broken corners that came that way.

This the fourth time I am tiling my home and I this has never happened to me.
I paid full price for those crates and expected to get good complete tiles.  What a big let down.  I will never buy anything from that store ever.  I have already told some people and friends that are looking to tile there homes and I told them don't buy form Emser Tile.  I will continue to tell everyone  and every chance I get not to buy form Emser Tile.

Very dissatisfied, Very bad experience.

A hidden gem of a tile showroom!  Conveniently located just off of I-10 and Grant Rd.
This is a wholesale showroom with a large selection of natural stone tile, and probably the largest selection of glass and decorative tiles in Tucsson.  Knowledgeable staff, and an easy to use and clean showroom.  You can find things like 24" slate, marble, or travertine, stacked stone veneers, over 100 styles of ceramic and porcelain.  They stock a large selection of tile and travertine, and they can get anything in their showroom in less than a week!   They also carry a very large selection of tools and setting materials.  Stop by and you will not be dissapointed!

Overpriced and poor selection.  Having built over 50 custom homes in the Tucson area, I have heard of Emser and installed their tile using subcontractors.  Recently I was doing my own home and went there to look...the pricing was outrageous and the service was terrible.  I ended up needing some sealer and they sold me too much and then refused to allow returns.  Save yourself the hassle and shop ANYWHERE ELSE.  They actually told me to try returning it to their competitors who also carried it!!!  I will not go back!!!!
