These people are ridiculous here. They forced me to pay for my SERVICE DOG to stay here. Then when I left they kept my card on file (I did not approve of it and the room was under another card) and the lady continuously said I was smoking in my room because I roll my cigarettes and there was LOOSE tobacco on the table. We explained this to her and she said she would not charge us. She then tried to charge my card for 200 it didn't go through and she charged it for 100 that went through. We had to go back and argue with her AGAIN because she insisted we smoked in the room. (This girl is the manager) the gentleman who cleaned the room said it did not smell like smoke in there straight to her face. And the manager above her said she could not charge us because she didn't have pictures. She eventually refunded my card. Terrible service. The room service people are very nice but not the front desk.

Evette is absolutely amazing. She is very polite and extremely professional. Her customer service is overwhelming because you just don't get excellent service anymore. Thank you Evette for making our stay welcoming.

It had everything thing but unlike other extended stay America hotels there were no grocery store nearby. therefore reduced 2 stars. Rooms were clean and hotel reception service was good

It's a clean place, well taken care of, if you are patient and come to the front lobby, you will be able to get all the items promised. If you expect reimbursement for anything, you will have to hunt it down, no one will make an extra effort. For the most part, the staff are pretty welcoming and friendly. Morning coffee most of the time is taken sway half an hour early. If you call down for an assistance, you will be cut down rudely and with no professionalism. If you stay long, it is up to you to keep your room clean.

Tyler mike evette they make this feel like you are home Always welcoming eith a smile or a luttle comment to make you feel special. I have been thru so much n each obe of them have always left me with comfirting words. The offer great guest service
